Ingredients:
8 oz bulk pork sausage or sweet Italian sausage
8 Tbsp (1 stick) unsalted butter
2 cups chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 12-oz pkg unseasoned cubed stuffing
Urban Accents Sumptuous Stuffing3 eggs, slightly beaten
1-1/2 cups unsweetened apple juice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove sausage from casings and cook sausage until browned in large skillet over medium heat. Transfer sausage to large bowl with slotted spoon. Using the same skillet, discard rendered fat and melt butter. Add onion and celery and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until softened. Pour mixture into large bowl with cooked sausage; add bread cubes and Sumptuous Stuffing mixture; stir. Drizzle eggs and apple juice into bowl, toss well. Transfer to 13" x 9" baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until heated through.
