Ingredients:
1 14-oz can chopped tomatoes, with onion and garlic 1 Tbsp Urban Accents Moroccan Road 6 Tbsp chopped cilantro 1-3/4 lb okra, cleaned and trimmed
Directions: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the tomatoes, Moroccan Road, and half of the cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste and bring to a boil. Add the okra and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-30 minutes, until the okra is tender. Stir in the remaining cilantro and serve.
