Ingredients:
3 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled
3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1-2 Tbsp
Urban Accents Cayman Citrus DRYGLAZE
Directions:
Halve each potato lengthwise, then cut each half lengthwise into 4 wedges. Place wedges on large rimmed baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil; toast to coat evenly. Sprinkle with Cayman Citrus DRYGLAZE, depending on personal "spicy" preference; let stand for 15 minutes.
Put oven rack in middle of oven and preheat to 400 degrees F. Roast potatoes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through and crispy on the edges, about 25-30 minutes.
