Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Urban Accents Punjab Red Tandoori
3 Tbsp orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 lb split raw chicken wings or wing drummets
Directions:
In large ceramic or glass mixing bowl, add Punjab Red Tandoori and orange juice concentrated; stir to mix thoroughly. Add wings and toss to completely coat wing. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours; stir occasionally to keep all wings coated.
Preheat oven to 375F. Bring wings to room temperature. Place wings on 2 baking sheets lined with aluminum foil. Bake for a total of 30-35 minutes, flipping wings over half way through cooking or until cooked through.
