Ingredients:
12 eggs, hard boiled
2/3 cups mayonnaise
4 Tbsp mustard
Salt and
Urban Accents Sonoma Pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp hot red pepper sauce
2 tsp
Urban Accents Normandy Fine Herbs 2 tsp
Urban Accents Fisherman's Wharf Chopped parsley, for garnish
Directions:
Peel and cut eggs in half (lengthwise). Remove the yolks into a bowl and mash them to a paste. Add 2/3 cup mayonnaise, mustard, salt, Sonoma Pepper, hot red pepper sauce, Normandy Fine Herbs and Fisherman's Wharf. Mix all the ingredients together. The texture needs to be firm enough to pipe into egg halves with a sandwich bag or you can use a spoon. You can also add more Normandy Fine Herbs and Fisherman's Wharf. After yolk mixture is added back to eggs, sprinkle tops with either Urban Accents spice blend and parsley for an attractive garnish.
