Ingredients:
1-1/2 lb or 4 4-oz. skinless turkey breast(s)
4 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tsp minced garlic
2-1/2 tsp

Directions:
In small bowl, combine oil, onions, lemon juice, garlic and Cajun Street. Place turkey and marinade in large resealable plastic bag; rotate gently under well combined. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning the bag occasionally. Remove turkey; reserve marinade.
Preheat grill. Place turkey on grill rack; cover and cook until turkey is no longer pink in center, turning once, about 15 to 18 minutes. Meanwhile, pour reserved marinade into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute more, stirring occasionally.
Slice grilled turkey breast. Spoon cooked sauce on crusty rolls, add sliced turkey and garnish with lettuce, tomato and thinly sliced onion.
