Ingredients:
5 Tbsp Urban Accents Mongolian Ginger BBQ
3 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 lbs split raw chicken wings or wing drummettes
3 limes, cut into wedges
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In large mixing bowl, add Mongolian Ginger BBQ, honey and olive oil; stir to mix thoroughly. Add wings and toss to completely coat. Let marinate for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place wings on 2 baking sheets lined with aluminum foil. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping wings over half way through cooking or until brown and crispy on each side. Arrange on a lettuce-lined platter with lime wedges that have been dipped on one side in additional Mongolian Ginger BBQ.
