Ingredients:
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1-1/3 lbs lean ground turkey
2 medium onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp
Urban Accents Mesa Rosa Chipotle1 Tbsp
Urban Accents Rio Grande Chili Blend1/2 cup prepared hot gardinera, finely chopped
1 8-oz can tomato sauce
Directions:
In large, deep skillet, heat oil to medium-hot. Add onion and turkey; cook until turkey is browned and onions are softened. Add Mesa Rosa Chipotle, Rio Grande Chili Blend, gardinera and tomato sauce. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until flavors are well blended. Serve on toasted buns.
