Ingredients:
2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp Urban Accents Rio Grande Chili Blend
2 cups whole unsalted almonds
3/4-1 cup pepitas (hulled pumpkin seeds)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F. In medium bowl combine oil and Rio Grande Chili Blend; toss in almonds and pepitas stirring that all nuts are coated evenly. Arrange nut mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with non-stick spray. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly toasted. Cool to room temperature. Store at room temperature in an air-tight container.
