Ingredients:
1 lb uncooked shrimp, cleaned and deveined
3 Tbsp butter
2 tsp garlic, minced
2 tsp
Urban Accents Sonoma Pepper 2 cups cooked
Urban Accents Baby Basmati Rice
Directions:
Melt butter in a heavy skillet. Add garlic and cook for a few minutes. Add shrimp and Sonoma Pepper and continue to saute until shrimp turns pink. Serve over cooked Basmati rice. To enhance rice, add 1 tsp Sonoma Pepper to rice before cooking.
