Sonoma Pepper Cheese Roll

Ingredients: 1-2 Tbsp Urban Accents Sonoma Pepper 1 8-oz cream cheese
Directions:
Cut cream cheese block in half lengthwise. Roll each half into a log shape. Coat each log with Sonoma Pepper on all sides. Chill a few minutes and serve with crackers or crusty bread. For a heartier appetizer, substitute goat cheese for the cream cheese.
