Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
1 8-oz container whipped cream cheese
1 lime, juiced
1-1/2 Tbsp
Urban Accents Mongolian Ginger BBQ8 oz smoked salmon, minced
Directions:
In medium bowl, mash avocado with back of spoon to form smooth paste. Blend in cream cheese, lime juice and Mongolian Ginger BBQ. Stir in minced smoked salmon. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes so flavors can meld.
Serve with rice crackers.
