Ingredients:
2 lb 2-inch thick sirloin steak
2-3 Tbsp olive oil, divided
2 tsp Urban Accents Fisherman's Wharf
4-6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 cup diced Kalamata olives, pitted
1-1/2 tsp Urban Accents Mozambique Peri Peri
Directions:
Prepare grill for high heat. Bring steak to room temperature and rub with 1-2 Tbsp olive oil and sprinkle with Fisherman's Wharf on both sides. Sear each side for about 5 minutes per side, then reduce grill to medium low and cook about 5 minutes per side for medium rare or until desired doneness. Let meat rest for 5-8 minutes before slicing.
While steak is cooking, heat 1 Tbsp oil in small pan over medium heat and saute garlic. Add Mozambique Peri Peri; stir to combine and cook slowly for 2-3 minutes. Add olives and warm thru. Pour over sliced steak to serve.
