Ingredients:
2 Tbsp vegetable oil, divided
4 5-oz tuna steaks
1 cup toasted sesame seeds
1 Tbsp
Urban Accents Ginger Szechwan Seasoned Salt 1 Tbsp
Urban Accents Thai Garden 1 Tbsp
Urban Accents Sonoma Pepper
Directions:
Heat a skillet to hot; add 1 Tbsp of oil. Reduce heat to medium. While the pan is heating, mix all of the dry ingredients together in a small bowl. Rub the steaks with 1 Tbsp of the vegetable oil and coat evenly with the sesame seed mixture. Place them into the hot pan and cook to desired doneness making sure to achieve a nice brown crust on both sides.
