Ingredients:
1-2 Tbsp canola oil
2 lbs fresh yellow fin tuna steaks
3 tsp
Urban Accents Spanish Smoked Seasoned SaltAlphonso olives
Caper berries
Chopped fresh parsley
Red onion, thinly sliced
Lemon
Directions:
Heat oil in cast iron skillet to searing-hot temperature. Season both side of tuna steaks with Spanish Smoked Seasoned Salt. Place tuna steaks in hot skillet ans sear both sides to medium-rare. Remove tuna from skillet and stand steaks on narrow end to rest (this allows tuna steaks to stop cooking evenly).
Using sharp knife, cut tuna steak into 1/4-inch slice. Place slices on serving platter and finish with scant amount of Spanish Smoked Seasoned Salt. Garnish with olives, caper berries, parsley red onions and squeeze of lemon juice.
