Ingredients:

6 hard boiled eggs, cooled and peeled
1 tsp Urban Accents Pride of Prague
1/2 tsp caper liquid
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Pinch sugar
Salt & pepper to taste


Directions:
Slice eggs in half lengthwise and place yolks in medium-sized bowl.  Add Pride of Prague, caper liquid, mayonnaise, mustard, sugar and salt and pepper to taste.  Stir until well combined.  Place a dollop of mixture on each egg half.

For additional flavor, lightly sprinkle with additional Pride of Prague
