Ingredients:
1 head of bok choy 2 Tbsp sesame oil 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 Tbsp Urban Accents Mongolian Ginger BBQ Sprinkle of sesame seeds
Directions: Remove leaves from bok choy and thoroughly wash. Cut in 2-inch chunks. In a large skillet over med heat, add sesame oil and garlic. Sauté for about 2 min. Add bok choy and sprinkle with Mongolian Ginger BBQ. Sauté until the bok choy has wilted, about 5 min. Before serving, sprinkle with a handful of sesame seeds.
