Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets, approx 6 oz each
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 red bell peppers, seeded and diced
1/2 onion, diced
2 Tbsp

Directions:
Brush both sides of salmon fillets with soy sauce. In medium bowl, combine red pepper, onion and Cape Cod Grill & Boil with 1/3 cup water.
Place each salmon fillet on individual piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil that is large enough to make individual packet. Spread 1/4 of red pepper mixture over each salmon fillet. Fold foil around salmon and seal tightly. Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Grill each side of foil packet for 8-10 minutes. Open packets and serve salmon with pepper/onion salsa immediately
