Ingredients:
5 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 Tbsp
Urban Accents Dillwood Grove1 Tbsp capers, drained
12-16 oz salmon fillet, cut into 4 equally sized fillets
1 lemon
Directions:
Heat heavy medium skillet over medium heat; add butter and melt. Add Dillwood Grove, capers and salt and pepper to taste; stir to combine. Add salmon fillets to skillet; cover and cook for 5 minutes. Turn fillets over and cook uncovered for an additional 3 minutes. Squeeze juice of lemon over fillets and serve; spoon lemon caper sauce over each fillet.
