Ingredients:
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp garlic, minced
2 cups yellow onions, chopped
2-1/2 cups kielbasa, chopped
2 tsp
Urban Accents Cajun Street 2 lbs green cabbage, trimmed, quartered and cored, sliced thin
3 cups chicken stock
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
Directions:
Coat the bottom of a heavy pot with oil. Add the onions and garlic and cook at medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until onions soften and begin to caramelize. Add kielbasa and Cajun Street; saute for a minute. Add cabbage and stir briefly. Add chicken stock. Bring to a simmer, cover the pan and cook over low heat for 45 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender. Uncover and stir in butter before serving.
