Ingredients:
New potatoes
Extra-virgin olive oil
Urban Accents Fisherman's Wharf
Directions:
Roll well-washed new potatoes, skins and all, in a bit of good olive oil and then sprinkle liberally with Fisherman's Wharf. Place on a baking sheet and roast in a 400 degrees F for 40-50 minutes or until done.
