Ingredients:

1 16-oz container of sour cream
2 Tbsp Urban Accents Rio Grande Chili Blend
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 4-oz can chopped green chiles

Directions:

Blend all ingredients well. Chill 60 minutes before serving. Serve with nachos or raw vegetables.

Makes an excellent topping for a taco salad.
