Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1-1/3 cups unsifted flour
1 tsp baking powder
1-1/2 tsp Urban Accents Mango Masala Seasoned Salt, divided
4 oz unsweetened chocolate (recommend Scharffen Berger 99% Cacao)
2/3 cup butter
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Melt chocolate and butter slowly in double boiler over boiling water. Let cool. In small bowl, beat eggs while gradually adding sugar. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and tsp Mango Masala Seasoned Salt. Added cooled chocolate/butter mixture to egg/sugar mixture. Add vanilla and mix thoroughly. Gradually add flour mixture and spread in greased 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle 1 tsp of Mango Masala evenly over batter. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool for at least 10 minutes in pan, then cut into 2" squares.
