Ingredients:
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
3 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp
Urban Accents Asian Pepper Market 4 1/2-inch-thick boneless pork chops
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients in non-metallic dish. Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade in a separate dish. Add chops to liquid in dish, turn to coat evenly and cover. Chill 2 to 4 hours.
Remove chops and discard remaining marinade. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook chops 4 minutes on each side or until internal temp reaches 145 degrees F. Brush with reserved marinade during cooking time.
