Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork (not lean)
1 Tbsp + 1/2 tsp
Urban Accents Mesa Rosa Chipotle, divided
1/3 cup mayonnaise
4 slices Muenster cheese
4 Kaiser rolls
1 large tomatillo, husked and rinsed well, then sliced
Small ripe avocado sliced
1/2 cup cilantro sprigs
Directions:
Preheat grill for medium-high heat; oil grate with non-stick spray or olive oil. In medium bowl, combine ground pork and 1 Tbsp Mesa Rosa Chipotle; do not over mix. Divide mixture into four portions, ball lightly and flatten into patties; set aside. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and 1 tsp Mesa Rosa Chipotle; set aside.
Grill burgers, covered, for about 4 minutes. Flip patties, top with cheese, cover and grill about 4 more minutes until cooked through. During last few minutes of cooking, grill buns until lightly toasted. Spread buns with chipotle mayonnaise and assemble burgers with tomatillo, avocado and cilantro sprigs.
