Ingredients:
12 loin lamb chops, 3/4 thick
2 Tbsp
Urban Accents Chicago Steak & Chop 1/3 cup red wine
2 Tbsp coarse grain mustard
cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
In small bowl, combine all ingredients except lamb. Place chops in shallow glass dish. Pour marinade over meat, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours. To cook: transfer chops to a oven-safe pan and cook in a preheated broiler or on a hot grill for 3 minutes on each side. Remove chops to warm plate and tent with foil. Let chops rest 5-10 minutes for the juices to distribute.
