1 full rack Baby Back Ribs
Urban Accents Kansas City Classic Rub
Directions:
Prepare a full rack of baby back ribs by removing the thin papery membrane from the back. Sprinkle both sides generously with Kansas City Classic Rub and let rest in refrigerator for one hour. Prepare charcoal grill and place 1 handful soaked and drained hickory chips on either side. Arrange the ribs bone side down. Cover and grill over indirect heat for 1-1/2 hours or until tender.
