Ingredients:

4 Tbsp orange juice
4 Tbsp Urban Accents Puebla Mole DRYGLAZE
4 firm, but ripe bananas, unpeeled

Directions:

In small bowl, combine orange juice and Puebla Mole DRYGLAZE to form smooth paste.

Make sure grill is clean and preheat for medium heat.  Cut ends off of bananas.  Slice bananas in half lengthwise and crosswise so each yields four pieces.  Brush paste on cut sides of bananas and let sit for 3-5 minutes.  Place bananas cut-side down on grill and cook for 2 minutes or until grill marks appear.  Using a pair of long-handled tongs, turn over and cook 5 more minutes, or until the skin starts to pull away from banana.  Arrange 2 banana halves without skins on plate and top with two scoops of ice cream.  Sprinkle with chocolate shavings for an extra treat.  Serve immediately.
