Ingredients:
2 Tbsp
Urban Accents Charleston Char 2 cups white wine
3/4 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup dried cherries
1 rolled, boneless pork roast
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place rolled, boneless pork roast on a rack in a shallow baking dish. Rub Charleston Char over meat. Pour white wine into bottom of baking dish; roast approximately 20-25 minutes per lb or until internal thermometer reads 155 degrees Fahrenheit, basting occasionally. (Add more wine as needed.)
While meat is cooking, mix orange marmalade and dried cherries in small bowl. Spoon mixture over roast during the last 30 minutes of cooking time. When roast is done, mix pan dripping with leftover marmalade mixture and spoon over sliced pork.
