Creme Brule Chocolate Pudding
Chocolate pudding that melts the heart.

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp Urban Accents Creme Brule Chocotini Drink Mix
1-1/2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
4 oz milk chocolate, chopped


Directions:

Combine cornstarch, Creme Brule Chocotini mix, and a pinch of salt in a heavy saucepan and stir until smooth over low heat. Gradually whisk in milk and cream. Bring to a boil over moderately high heat, whisking constantly. Once boiling, whisk for 2 minutes, until thickened. Remove from heat. Whisk in milk chocolate and vanilla until smooth.

Transfer to a individual serving dishes and chill, top covered, until cold.
