Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 Tbsp Urban Accents Caribbean Burger Blend, divided Juice of two limes, divided Zest of one lime 1 lb lean ground pork 1 bunch green onions, cut into 4-inch long strips Olive oil
Directions: Preheat grill to med-high heat; oil grate. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, 1/2 Tbsp Caribbean Burger Blend and juice of one lime. Set aside. In medium bowl, combine pork, 1-1/2 Tbsp Caribbean Burger Blend and remaining lime juice and zest. Shape mixture in 4 patties, about 1-inch think. Place patties on grill and cook, turning only once, for about 12-15 min. Internal temp should reach 155F. Lightly coat onion sprigs with olive oil; lightly grill for 1-2 min while burgers rest.
Top toasted buns with lettuce, burgers, lime aioli and grilled onion sprigs.
