Ingredients:
1/4 cup bourbon 2 Tbsp prepared mustard 1 1/2 Tbsp Urban Accents Charleston Char 1/4 cup honey 1 2-lb pork loin, cut into 1 1/2 inch thick pieces 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a shallow bowl, combine bourbon, mustard, Charleston Char and honey. Add the pork slices, stir so that all slices are coated with marinade, cover and refrigerate overnight. In a heavy oven-proof skillet, add the olive oil and heat to high. Transfer the pork to the skillet and saute until browned, about 5 minutes. Transfer the pan to oven, and finish cooking for 4 minutes. |
