Ingredients:
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1-1/4 lbs ground sirloin
1/4 cup brown sugar
2-1/2 tsp
Urban Accents Chicago Steak & Chop 1 medium onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups tomato sauce
2 Tbsp tomato paste
4 crusty rolls, split, toasted and lightly buttered
Directions:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and beef. In small bowl, combine brown sugar and Chicago Steak & Chop. Add mixture to beef and stir to combine. When the meat has browned, add onion and green pepper. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes. In small bowl, combine vinegar, Worcestershire, tomato sauce and paste; add to pan. Reduce heat to simmer and cook mixture 5 minutes longer. Using a large spoon, pile sloppy joe meat onto toasted, buttered bun bottoms and cover with bun top.
