Ingredients:
4 large baking potatoes (well scrubbed)
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp
Urban Accents Chicago Steak & Chop
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line baking sheet with foil. Poke each potato 2-3 times with fork. Microwave potatoes on high for up to 10 minutes or until almost fully cooked. Let potatoes cool. Cut lengthwise into fourths or sixths. In small bowl, combine olive oil and Chicago Steak & Chop and generously coat potatoes. Bake for 30 to 50 minutes or until they reach the desired degree of crispness. For added convenience, they can be prepared in advance and refrigerated for one day before baking.
