Ingredients:
3 lbs small Yukon gold potatoes, scrubbed & cut into quarters
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp Urban Accents Dillwood Grove
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
Directions:
Steam potatoes for 15-20 minutes until tender but firm. Let cool. While potatoes are cooking, in small bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dillwood Grove and salt; cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour so flavors can meld. Place cooled potatoes and onion in large bowl; pour enough dressing over mixture to moisten. Toss gently and salt and pepper to taste.
