Pistachio Crusted Halibut with White Wine Ginger Sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 cup shelled pistachios 4 halibut fillets (or any other white fish) Olive oil 2 shallots, finely minced 4 Tbsp butter 1/4 dry white wine 1 Tbsp Urban Accents Mongolian Ginger BBQ
Directions: Preheat the oven to 350F. Place the pistachios in a sealed plastic bag and using a meat mallet or heavy pan crush the pistachios into a fine crumb. Place the fish fillets on a foil covered baking sheet; brush with olive oil and sprinkle with crushed pistachios. Bake fish until cooked through and flaky, about 20 min. Meanwhile, in a small sauce pan add the shallots and butter; saute for about 3 min. Stir in the white wine and Mongolian Ginger BBQ; bring to a boil, reduce heat to low stirring often. When the fish is cooked through, spoon the White Wine Ginger sauce over the fish.
