Ingredients:
2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp
Urban Accents Chicago Steak & Chop 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Juice of one lime
1 lb orange roughy fillets
Directions:
Spray grill rack with non-stick spray and preheat to medium-high. In small bowl, combine oil, Chicago Steak & Chop, tomato, cilantro and lime juice. Spread mixture over fish fillets. Place fillets on preheated grill. Grill 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Do not turn fish.
