Ingredients:
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup minced onion
1 cup dry white wine
4 Tbsp
Urban Accents Mushroom Truffle Hunt1-1/2 cups sour cream
Directions:
In medium skillet, heat olive oil over low heat; add onions and saute until lightly browned. Add wine to deglaze pan. Add Mushroom Truffle Hunt; stir to combine and simmer for 10 minutes. Add sour cream and stir continuously over low heated until warmed through.
Delicious with Mushroom Truffle Meatballs.
