Ingredients:
2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 tsp balsamic vinegar or any herbed vinegar
2 Tbsp
Urban Accents Chateau Provence Seasoned Salt 1 lb fresh button mushrooms, halved
Directions:
Preheat broiler or grill; spray with non-stick cooking spray. In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil and Chateau Provence Seasoned Salt until blended. When the grill or broiler has preheated, toss mushrooms in mixture until well-coated. Thread the mushrooms on the skewers, running the skewer through the cut side of each mushroom.
Grill the skewers until golden (approximately 3 minutes per side). Serve on a baking dish, lined with fresh herbs.
