Ingredients:
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp canola oil
2 Tbsp Urban Accents Moroccan Road
1 lb walnuts halves
2 Tbsp finely chopped candied ginger
1 cup golden raisins or diced dried apricots
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, honey, oil and Moroccan Road. Add walnuts and toss so that all nuts are coated evenly. Pour nut mixture out onto a large baking sheet coated with non-stick spray. Bake for 10-12 minutes until nuts are slightly crisp. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Pour nuts into a clean bowl and add candied ginger and raisins; toss gently and salt to taste. Store at room temperature in an air-tight container.
