Ingredients:
4 orange roughy filets (also great with catfish or tilapia)
2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
2-3 Tbsp
Urban Accents Moroccan Road Plain yogurt
Lemon wedges
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Wash filets in cold water and pat dry. Coat filets with olive oil and sprinkle with Moroccan Road. Place on preheated broiler pan. Broil 3-4 inches below heat source without turning for 10-12 minutes or until fish is opaque throughout. Serve on warmed plates with a dollop of yogurt and lemon wedge.
