Ingredients:
1-1/4 lb chicken cutlets
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce
Urban Accents Mongolian Ginger BBQ
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place chicken cutlets between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and pound to flatten; cut into 3/4" strips. Loosely thread chicken strips on skewers. In small bowl, combine olive oil and soy sauce. Brush mixture onto skewered chicken and sprinkle with Mongolian Ginger BBQ. Bake 15 minutes or until cooked through, turning once or twice. Works great with vegetable skewers also!
