Ingredients: Olive oil 2 tsp Urban Accents Marrakesh Za'atar 4 tilapia fillets 1 small tomato, diced 1 small can water-packed artichokes, drained & chopped 1 small can of black olives, sliced 2 shallots, minced 1 garlic clove, minced 4 large pieces of parchment paper
Directions: Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl, combine a little olive oil and the Marrakesh Za'atar, set aside. Place each tilapia filet on one of the parchment pieces. Distribute the tomatoes, artichokes, olives, shallots, and garlic among the 4 pieces. Drizzle with the olive oil mixture. Fold the parchment paper to enclose the fish completely. Use wet toothpicks to secure the parchment paper. Place the sealed packets on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until fish is flaky and aromatic.
