Ingredients: 3-1/2 lbs ground chuck, 80% lean 1/3 cup bread crumbs 3/4 cup onion, diced 1/3 cup parsley, chopped 2 eggs 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced 1-1/2 Tbsp Urban Accents Rio Grande Chili Blend 1-1/2 Tbsp Urban Accents Mesa Rosa Chipotle Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Preheat oven to 350F. Line a loaf pan with waxed paper and set aside. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until thoroughly blended. Press mixture gently into the pan. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until meat is thoroughly cooked. |
