Ingredients:
1/4 tsp all-natural liquid smoke 1/2 cup real maple syrup 2 Tbsp cider vinegar 4 8-oz salmon fillets, skin removed Freshly ground pepper 2 tsp Urban Accents Cape Cod Fish & Boil 1 Tbsp olive oil
Directions: In a small saucepan over high heat, bring the liquid smoke, maple syrup and vinegar to a boil and reduce over high heat, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Preheat broiler. Season the salmon with Cape Cod Fish & Boil and a little pepper. In a large oven-proof skillet, heat olive oil over med-high heat. Add salmon, top-side down and cook for 4 min. Flip fillets over, pour glaze over top of fish and place under broiler for 3 min to caramelize fish.
