Ingredients:
1-1/2 lbs ground lamb
2 Tbsp
Urban Accents Steakhouse Burger Blend2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (if you like things a bit hotter)
1/2 seedless cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 cup Greek-style yogurt
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Juice of 1/2 lemon
4 crusty rolls
Romaine lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
Red onion slices
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine ground lamb and Steakhouse Burger Blend (and crushed red pepper, if desired); mix lightly with hands to combine, but do not over mix. Divide mixture into four portions, ball lightly and then flatten into patties. Place patties on platter, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Preheat grill to medium-high heat; oil grate with non-stick spray or olive oil.
Using a food processor, fitted with a grating disk, grate cucumber and garlic. Add yogurt, feta and lemon juice; puree until smooth.
Place patties on grill and cook, turning only once, for about 10-12 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 155F. Toast roll halves on grill until lightly toasted. Spread some tzatziki sauce on roll bottoms, top with cooked burger, lettuce, tomato, red onion, a dollop more of sauce and roll top.
