Ingredients:
2-3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1-2 tsp
Urban Accents Mango Masala Seasoned Salt1-1/2 lb jicama, peeled and julienned
1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Red pepper flakes, optional
Directions:
In medium bowl, whisk together lime juice and Mango Masala Seasoned Salt. Add jicima, red onion and cilantro; gently toss. For extra heat, add a few red pepper flakes. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 6 hours.
