Ingredients: 2 cups Urban Accents Raj Baby Basmati Rice 4 Tbsp butter 1 medium onion, chopped 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tsp Urban Accents Kashmir Garam Masala 4 cups vegetable stock
Directions: In medium saucepan, combine rice, butter, onion, garlic, Kasmir Garam Masala and broth. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer approximately 30 to 45 minutes until rice is tender. Add salt and fresh ground pepper to taste. |
