Ingredients:
4 6-oz salmon fillets (about 1-inch thick)
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp Urban Accents Dillwood Grove
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. Coat a shallow baking pan with non-stick spray. Place salmon fillets in prepared pan. In small bowl, whisk together mustard, honey, water, vinegar and Dillwood Grove. Brush sauce over salmon fillets. Roast until salmon is fork tender, about 15 minutes.
