Ingredients:
4 1-inch tuna steaks, 8-oz each
2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Zest of 1 lemon
4 Tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
2 Tbsp

Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat and spray with non-stick spray. Rinse and pat tuna steaks dry. In small bowl, mix parsley with Chicago Steak & Chop. Drizzle olive oil over the tuna steaks, just enough to coat each side. Rub herb mixture into fish, coating pieces evenly on each side. Let stand 10 minutes. Grill tuna steaks for 2 to 3 minutes on each side for tuna that is pink in the center, 5 minutes per side for well done.
